Over 20-years of practical experience as a teacher, assistant principal, organizational program leader, coach, and facilitator, specializing in building humanistic, integrated systems across general education, special education, and mental health
Over a decade of senior leadership experience in the roles of Executive Director and Chief Program Officer with Seneca, partnering with over 100 schools and districts across CA and WA states
Local and state policy and advocacy experience including, serving on the CA Department of Education’s Student Mental Health Policy Workgroup (SMHPW) and as chair of the California Alliance of Children and Family Services’ Education Committee
