MY SERVICES

Executive/Leadership Coaching

Leadership can be incredibly meaningful work—and it can also be lonely. The people responsible for supporting students, staff, and communities deserve support, too.

Together, we'll explore your strengths, values, identity, and leadership style, and how to bring your whole intersectional self to your work. My coaching is practical, reflective, and grounded in real work. We'll identify priorities, tackle current challenges, and build tools and routines that make leadership more sustainable. Along the way, I'll share frameworks, ask thoughtful questions, and gradually step back as your confidence and capacity grow.

Some of the areas I most enjoy coaching include:

  • Leading with relationships, equity, and trust at the center

  • Navigating complex organizational change

  • Building strong teams and healthy organizational cultures

  • Strengthening executive management, including prioritization, delegation, and sustainable work habits

  • Using data to support learning, improvement, and better decision-making

  • Developing your leadership presence, communication, and authentic voice

  • Supporting White leaders in exploring identity, privilege, and equitable leadership practices

Strategy Consultation

The challenge isn't knowing what you want to accomplish—it's figuring out how to get there.

I partner with schools, nonprofits, and community organizations to clarify priorities, strengthen systems, and turn ambitious goals into practical action. Together we'll identify what's already working, uncover opportunities for growth, and build a roadmap that's realistic, sustainable, and grounded in your values.

Organizational Assessments

I work with leadership teams to identify strengths, challenges, and opportunities in areas such as:

  • Special education systems, compliance, and service delivery

  • School and organizational culture

  • Workforce development and organizational capacity

  • Relationship-centered leadership

  • Systems for continuous improvement

Strategic Partnership

I collaborate with leaders to design and implement initiatives that create lasting impact, including:

  • Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS): Building integrated academic, behavioral, and therapeutic supports that help every student succeed

  • Special Education Systems: Strengthening compliance, service delivery, inclusion, and staff capacity

  • Community Schools: Designing coordinated systems of care that bring schools, families, and community partners together

  • Healing-Centered Schools and Organizations: Creating cultures where people can do meaningful work, stay connected to their purpose, and remain resilient in challenging environments

  • Professional Learning Systems: Building learning organizations through intentional coaching, collaboration, and ongoing professional development

  • Funding Strategy: Helping education and behavioral health partners maximize resources, including California CYBHI funding opportunities

  • School & Community Partnerships: Developing strong partnerships between schools, community-based organizations, and public systems to better support children and families

Crisis Leadership Support

Communities are changed by moments of tragedy and loss. Whether it's the death of a student or staff member, a crisis affecting your community, or another critical incident, leaders are often expected to provide stability and direction while navigating their own emotions.

You shouldn't have to carry that responsibility alone.

I partner with leaders during and after critical incidents to help them respond with clarity, compassion, and confidence. Together, we'll navigate the immediate decisions, support the people most affected, and create the conditions for healing in the days, weeks, and months that follow.

Support may include:

  • Thoughtful communication and leadership presence

  • Operational crisis management and decision-making

  • Coordinating supports and resources for students, families, and staff

  • Facilitating community healing and restorative spaces

  • Leading critical incident debriefs and organizational learning

Professional Learning and Facilitation

The strongest organizations are always learning. They create space for people to reflect, challenge one another, celebrate progress, and reconnect with why they do this work.

I design and facilitate engaging experiences that bring people together, deepen relationships, and help teams move from conversation to action. Whether you're launching a new initiative, navigating change, or simply investing in the growth of your team, I'll work with you to create learning experiences that are practical, meaningful, and energizing.

I can facilitate or co-facilitate experiences such as:

  • Professional Learning Communities that strengthen collaboration and continuous improvement

  • Team Building and Retreats that build trust, connection, and shared purpose

  • Strategic Planning and Goal Setting that turns vision into clear, actionable priorities

  • Mediated Dialogue to navigate conflict, strengthen relationships, and build understanding across differences
